Provide me with the following:
- Single word, single sentence, or a couple sentences (the shorter, the better!)
- Your name or nickname. If a name is not provided, then I will use your tumblr username. For non-Tumblr submitters, I will write “anonymous” when there is neither a name provided, or a tumblr username.

+ (To Tumblr users) Your tumblr will not be linked to your submission, sorry. However, you can easily find your submissions by searching by your username, or whatever name you gave me.
